Eric Minkwitz has over 20 years of expertise in educating and empowering people to achieve their physical and mental potential, while working as a Sports Performance Trainer; Sports Medicine Device Director; Professor; and Instructor for Health-Wellness Workshops. Eric has trained hundreds of clients to attain daily mobility, strength, balance, power, nutrient timing tips, while integrating healing foods, and mind-body awareness techniques. Eric led return-to-sport testing and strength programming for collegiate athletes at the Sports Medicine Institute-Los Angeles. Eric's book, "The Forever an Athlete Program" encourages people to build a functionally strong, energized, and resilient life. His book, "52 Week Planner Utilizing S.M.A.R.T.
