Ernesto Cuevas is a storyteller, musician, Army veteran, survivor of a childhood shaped by abandonment, silence, and resilience. Born in Ohio and adopted as an infant, he was raised in a home where love was complicated and belonging was never guaranteed. After serving honorably in the United States Army—including time in Berlin during the Cold War—Ernesto returned home not only with scars, but with a deeper need to find out who he truly was.
