Dr. Gene Aiello is a practicing physician, researcher, author, and content creator. He has specialized in functional chiropractic neurology since opening his private practice in 1998, and today continues to serve patients full-time in Brentwood, TN.
For more than two decades in his Chicago practice, Dr. Aiello integrated chiropractic care with acupuncture, exploring the relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine and neurology. While the two systems initially seemed distinct, he remained convinced a deeper link existed and made this the focus of his early research.
In 2022, while experimenting with cold laser therapy at different frequencies, Dr. Aiello made a breakthrough discovery: rather than meridians responding to specific frequencies, each frequency corresponded to stimulation of particular spinal nerves. This insight revealed the hidden connection he had been seeking throughout his career — bridging acupuncture and neurology in a new way.
