Fausat Omolara Arilewola, who writes under the name Fausat Omolara Ayinla, is a Nigerian author, storyteller, publisher and communications professional based in the United Kingdom. She is the founder of Butterfly Cre8tive Books, an independent publishing platform dedicated to creating and promoting stories that educate, inspire and reflect diverse experiences. Her work spans children’s literature, historical fiction, storytelling education, audiobook production and narrative design. She is the creator of the Adventures of Bobo and Friends series and Learn with Bobo, stories designed to encourage creativity, literacy and joyful learning among children. Fausat is also the creator of Bobo’s Learning World, a storytelling based learning ecosystem that combines books, creativity, coding, problem solving and imaginative play. Her historical fiction novel Atinukẹ́ explores love, identity and resilience in nineteenth century Yorubaland and forms part of her wider interest in preserving and sharing African stories. Alongside her creative work, she developed The Storytelling Advantage Framework, a storytelling model that emerged from her Master’s research in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management at Cardiff University. The framework explores how storytelling can create connection, engagement and understanding across literature, education and communications. Through her writing, publishing and educational initiatives, Fausat continues to explore how stories can help people learn, connect and see themselves reflected in the world around them.
