Raised by a violent schizophrenic communist father, my brother and I became schizophrenic too, adding LSD and marijuana to the mix in our teens, along with living on the street, burglary and smuggling on the wharves of Wellington NZ. I became a committed follower of Christ after a suicidal period, receiving a brand new life from the Lord Jesus for free in 1979.
Then after years of living abroad in Britain and Brazil I settled in NZ where my wife and I finished raising our three children.
I have been a trained motor mechanic, schoolteacher, dairy farmer, electronics tech, IT professional, Christian missionary and author. In my writing I share the deep experiences of healing, mental and emotional, that My Saviour Jesus has wrought in my own life.
My brother has not been saved yet and languishes in maximum security prison for crimes to heinous too describe, the fruit of our violent communist father's upbringing.
