Gary Utterback, DMIN, BCC is an author, chaplain, and retired federal civil servant with 37 years of dedicated service to his country and her citizens. In his free time, he likes to travel, spend time with his family and restore antique bibles. Dr. Utterback was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and currently resides in Florida. He holds a doctoral degree in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty University’s John W. Rawlings School of Divinity.
