Geovanni Brewer was born in Panama, Central America and raised in Queens, New York.

Geovanni began her career as a documentary producer, earning accolades for her award- winning PBS cultural-documentary, BAHIA: AFRICA IN THE AMERICAS. She served as Supervising Producer for the Soul Train Music Awards and oversaw the longest- running, first-run, syndicated weekly dance series, “Soul Train,” for Don Cornelius Productions, She was Executive Producer for BET's highly rated gospel music specials " Celebration of Gospel."
She produced two music specials for the Obama White House and a historic music tribute at the Grand Ole Opry to honor Ray Charles.
Geovanni continues to use her leadership and communication skills across broad media platforms and other business sectors.
She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, the result of her love for world travel and international productions.
