Gianluca Antoni is a psychologist, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, career coach, and writer. Since 2001 he has been working in clinical practice, specializing in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Ericksonian Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. In his approach, psychological distress is seen as a signal of misalignment between the inner self and the surrounding reality, and he helps people regain balance, well-being, and confidence in their own resources. Since 1996 he has also been working as a career coach and trainer, leading workshops and programs dedicated to personal and professional growth, communication, guidance, and building meaningful relationships.

Together with his colleague Monica Gregorini, he founded myipnosi, the first Italian app dedicated to mental and physical well-being, which offers clinic hypnosis, mindfulness, and autogenic training sessions to help people cope with anxiety, stress, insomnia, low self-esteem, or challenges related to performance and health.

Alongside his clinical and training activities, Gianluca has always cultivated a passion for writing, publishing several works on personal growth and career development, including Realizza i tuoi sogni, Trova il tuo lavoro, Trovare il lavoro che piace, and Scegli la tua professione. He has also turned to fiction as a way to explore the human soul and narrate universal emotions, publishing three novels: Io non ti lascio solo (Salani, 2021) — winner of the IoScrittore literary tournament and the Romics Prize — Il peso specifico dell’amore (Italic, 2012), and Cassonetti (Italic, 2020). For him, writing is a way to intertwine professional experience and artistic sensitivity, transforming lived experiences and reflections into stories capable of speaking to both the heart and the mind of readers. From the novel Io non ti lascio solo a film has been produced, directed by Fabrizio Cattani and starring Giorgio Pasotti, which will be released in theaters in 2026.
