I grew up on a farm south of Burley, Idaho. After attending one year at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Colorado Denver Mission for two years. I returned home to the farm and married my wife Bonnie. We have three children and two grandsons.
I farmed for five years before moving to Rexburg where I became a computer programmer and worked for nearly twenty years. In 2004 I developed a tremor disorder that greatly affected and limited my abilities so to occupy my time, I took up writing.
