Gwen K. Harvey is the founder of a Toronto family wealth strategy firm and a foundation board director. Her childhood passion for storytelling was sparked when she lived in England and wrote whimsical tales in her weekly composition class. Since then she has honed her writing skills through business commentary and as a member of the Creative Writing Certificate program at the University of Toronto. Gwen's writing explores the complexities of human connections and how intimate relationships and family dynamics build and break under pressure. Her debut novel was The Girlfriend Book in 2021, which was revised in 2024 and sports a new, bright pink cover. Her second novel, published by RE:BOOKS Publishing was released in 2024.
Gwen is the mother of three. She and her husband, alongside their Bernese Mountain dog, Bear, divide their time between Toronto and the rolling hills of Mulmur, Ontario.
