Heather B is a Registered Nurse, Christian Lay Counselor, and Author. Her debut is “Living On the Edge of a Scalpel." She lives with her husband, adult son, and seven-year-old Shih-Tzu named Capucchino. Heather's true passion is to educate, and advocate for, the marginalized, disenfranchised, unheard, and "invisible" members of society through her spoken or written words. She is very active in her church, but despite that, she makes time to write for magazines, as well as continuing with her 7-book children's health series. Heather is available for speaking engagements and will soon be adding editorial services through her website. On her site she also sells merchandise used to raise awareness of Sickle Cell Anemia.
