Heddy Frosell da Ponte was a flight attendant for forty-five years. Now retired, she lives in Georgia. She is one heck of a character who has a fiery spirit and a wonderful sense of humor, both of which shine through in her writing.
Heddy is the author of 'The Glamor Years of Flying as a Stewardess', which details her years as an air hostess back in those early, halcyon days when air travel was a true occasion reserved for the well-to-do, and the hostesses number-one job was to look gorgeous and pander to their every whim!
Heddy is also the author of 'The Frosell Affair', which is a novelized account of her family's ruination at the hands of the French and the Swedish in post-war Paris.
