Heidi McBain is a Texas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Texas Licensed Professional Counselor. She also has a Perinatal Mental Health Certification. She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern University.
Heidi enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, running with her Labrador retriever, reading anything and everything, and traveling to new places. She is also an endurance athlete, and has completed multiple marathons and triathlons.
Heidi currently lives with her husband and two school-aged children in Flower Mound, Texas. She provides online counseling in Texas for women, moms and moms-to-be, and specializes in perinatal mental health.
