Hernán Chousa is an Argentinian author, entrepreneur, and public speaker. A former professional tennis player, he lives in Buenos Aires and is the CEO of a global zinc flake coating company.
He shares his experience of parenting and sport through books, talks, online courses, and his podcast, The Youth Sports Parenting Tribe. His books include My Son the Tennis Player: How to Help Your Kid Succeed in Sports; ParentShift: The Skills You Need to Become a Super Parent; and Unplugged: A Rock Story, his first novel, where he joined two passions: music and writing.
The Open Hand grew out of a question he meets every day, working alongside his sons: when to hold, and when to let go. He is still learning when to open his hand.
He is married to Mariana and has two sons, Julian and Sebastian.
