Irene Greaves is a Lovescaper. A Venezuelan-born author, global educator, and TEDx speaker, she is the founder and CEO of Lovescaping, a philosophy of life and educational framework devoted to teaching love in action as a core life skill. Shaped by her journey across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, Irene’s work is guided by a powerful question: Where did you learn to love? With an M.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and two decades of work in education and community development, she created Lovescaping’s 15 pillars—values such as humility, empathy, trust, and liberation. Irene brings this work into schools, families, learning communities, companies, organizations, and jails—and beyond—creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to practice love in action. She is the author of Lovescaping: Building the Humanity of Tomorrow by Practicing Love in Action (2018) and the children’s book I Am a Lovescaper (2025), both in English and Spanish.
