Ms. York has been a children’s mindfulness educator and a mindfulness practitioner for more than a decade. She has conducted research and written on mindfulness. Her main passion is teaching children how to reduce anxiety and self-regulate while being in the present moment. Ms. York lived abroad for 17 years where she taught culturally diverse students in Japan and Thailand. She currently resides in Southern Utah.
