Janice K. Rose is a licensed therapist and teen anxiety specialist dedicated to helping young people build emotional strength, confidence, and resilience. With extensive experience supporting teens and families in both clinical and coaching settings, she uses evidence-based approaches— including DBT, emotional regulation skills, and nervous system–based techniques—to make mental health tools practical and accessible.
