She has been recognized for excellence in customer service and sales and has held sales management positions. Jean's desire to help women in sales raise their confidence levels motivated her to write her first book, Selling Your Confidence. She is also a contributing author to the newly published On Purpose Woman. She is a graduate of Marywood University with a B.A. in Communications, Radio & TV.
