Jeff Bodell is a Marine combat veteran, firearms professional, and military science fiction author from West Virginia, where he lives with his wife and three sons. His writing is shaped by his service in Afghanistan, his technical background with firearms, and a lifelong interest in military history, combat memoirs, and military sci-fi novels. He is the author of The Warfighter’s Lounge: A Marine’s Experience of Combat in Marjah, Afghanistan.
