Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks, PhD, is one of the world's leading experts on the human capabilities we set aside when we go "professional." He is a behavioral scientist, cultural psychologist, and the William Russell Kelly Professor at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

He coined the concept of Emotional Aperture, the ability to read a whole room rather than one face at a time.
