Always into sports and very active growing up, Jennifer never gave much thought to diet and exercise. Weight gain was not much of an issue. Then, after marriage and the birth of her twin boys, Jennifer noticed she had problems keeping her weight under control.
After numerous years of frustration, trying to get rid of stubborn pounds and not feeling as well as she wanted, Jennifer began her own personal research into diet and exercise. As a result, she ended up going back to school to get a degree in nutritional science.
Now she enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, spending time outdoors, teaching classes on nutrition at her local high school, and sharing healthy tips and information with family and friends.
And just in case you are curious, Jennifer is now back down to her weight before she had her four children.
