Jep Andre loves to write. He has written hundreds of articles about management, coaching and personal development.
Jep Andre Laponnel is the grandson of Thomas Dam and he turns 60 on April 27th of this year (2022). He was born directly into the Troll factory which was his life for many years.
He has worked at the Troll Company since his boyhood and was director of the company for 10 years. He stopped in 1997 to look for a new life and new opportunities.
He became regional manager in a Scandinavian insurance company – but due to reasons explained in his book (My Troll Life) he had to stop this work.
From 2006 to 2021, he lived Mallorca, Spain and worked with starting up several companies, both as an investor and serial entrepreneur.
Jep Andre has also been a coach and consultant for many years helping managers reach their full potential.
This book has been on the back burner for many years but has been blocked by various legal obligations. The story Jep is now free from these obligations so now the story must be told.
