Jim Love is the author of Elisa: A Tale of Quantum Kisses, a near-future AI thriller about consciousness, control and what happens when artificial intelligence becomes impossible to contain.
He has spent more than 40 years in technology as a consultant, executive, writer and broadcaster. He is the host of Hashtag Trending, Cybersecurity Today and Project Synapse, reaching thousands of listeners per episode with stories about technology, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
Jim was CIO and Chief Content Officer of IT World Canada for more than a decade, led an international consulting practice for DMR Consulting, and worked as a Principal in Ernst & Young’s technology consulting practice. His non-fiction book, Digital Transformation in the First Person, has been used in business courses internationally.
Before turning to fiction, Jim wrote plays, short stories, songs and musicals. As a songwriter, he earned a gold record and a Juno nomination as a songwriter. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants.
