Jonathan DeVore is proud to be a jack of all trades. While the common phrase is "jack of all trades, master of none," Jonathan considers himself to have mastered one vital skill: bringing clarity out of chaos.
His career began with PwC as a CPA, where he developed the skill of reading company documentation, interviewing employees, and then deciphering what the policies, processes, and procedures were. He left PwC to join ScreenSteps where he continued to hone his skills by working closely with clients to help them understand what their policies, processes, and procedures were, and then creating resources that transferred that knowledge to others.
While working full-time, he got his master's degree in mental health counseling where he learned how to help individuals find the stories in their lives and bring clarity out of what feels like chaos. While he is a licensed therapist, he continues to work at ScreenSteps as the head consultant where he helps organizations bring clarity out of chaos in their operations.
He lives in Huntersville, NC with his wife and four children. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from BYU and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte.
