Jordan Samuel Fleming started out as a degenerate musician and ended up a systems thinker, technology strategist, author and entrepreneur. He’s still confused by that journey, but he’s a happier man for it. His work focuses on a single question: How do complex systems actually work?
Long before he built technology companies, Jordan studied music composition, becoming fascinated by how independent elements interact to create outcomes that cannot be understood by examining the parts alone.
He founded and operated companies in marketing, systems design and technology, and as CEO he helped lead the company in supporting thousands of businesses and facilitating millions of conversations every month.
In 2025, he transitioned from CEO to Chairman to focus on a question he believes will define the next era of business:
