She holds a degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Accountant (IHK), and an International Certified Accountant (IHK), and has nearly 20 years of experience in national and international accounting and reporting. Judith's firsthand experience working for a company acquired by Americans uniquely equips her to support her clients post-acquisition. She leverages the extensive "the Bridge" consulting network, which she founded and developed. In 2010, she ventured into self-employment and has since been advising companies, typically hidden champions and family businesses, that are often acquired by American companies during succession planning. Her expertise spans various industries including chemicals, manufacturing, automotive, information and communication technology, security, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Today, Judith is the owner of the Bridge · Consulting & Training e.K., where she advises companies on post-merger integration following a US acquisition, with a primary focus on accounting and reporting, SOX implementation, and system transitions and implementations. In 2018, she expanded her services to include online offerings such as 1:1 consulting and online courses. What sets Judith apart from other consultants is that she has experienced a takeover herself and has gone through this process. She provides practical, hands-on advice and insights, drawing authentically from her own journey. Judith's thirst for knowledge drives her to pursue continuous international education. She holds PRINCE2® and Change Management certifications.
