Julia McCoy moves first. She built and exited a 100-person content agency, then turned her full attention to AI before most of the content industry knew what to do with LLMs. She spent the next two years as President of a leading LLM software company, and now runs First Movers, her own education and consulting firm for business owners who'd rather build now than read about it later.
She was the first YouTuber to publicly clone herself, and the first author to release a book on Audible narrated entirely by her AI-cloned voice. Her YouTube channel has grown to 250,000 subscribers and 2 million monthly views — built on the philosophy that runs through everything she does: act early, learn by doing, stay fluid.
That philosophy is the title of her book, Fluid: The Adaptability Code, and the backbone of AI Labs, the community where entrepreneurs build AI-powered businesses alongside her in real time. She lives in Arizona with her family and hosts regular AI AZ meetups for builders in the region.
