Since 2008, Katie has worked as a master’s trained Health Educator and Recovery Advocate providing well-being coaching for individuals and groups. In 2017, she became a trauma-informed yoga teacher as part of her own spiritual development then felt called to share her experiences to empower others to heal. Fragile Thoughts is her first book which shares her story and provides a roadmap for readers to find their own healing. Katie lives in Phoenixville, PA with her husband, John, and dog, Charlie.
