Katy Grabel is an award-winning author and daughter of Lee and Helen Grabel who were a professional magic duo. Her writings about stage magic have appeared in Writer’s Digest, She Writes, Women Writers, Women’s Stories, ZYZYYVA and New Millennium Writings. She is the author of award-winning The Magician’s Daughter: A Memoir which is a She Knows Book Club Recommendation. She has appeared on numerous podcasts, blogs and talk and radio shows. She shares her time between an old rambling adobe house in Taos, New Mexico with her guitar and penchant for dancing in her kitchen, and a lovely book-filled casita in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico.
