Kirk Freeman isn’t an expert at reproducible disciple making, but he’s unswervingly committed to it.
He’s also committed to helping pastors who are looking to weave disciple making into the fabric of their church. After pursuing a career as a country music songwriter, he realized he wasn’t as good as his mother said he was. He spent a decade in the Christian publishing industry in Nashville and Dallas, before graduating from seminary and joining a church staff team first as their Worship Pastor and then as Executive Pastor.
In 2002 he and his family moved to San Antonio to plant CrossBridge Community Church where he has been lead pastor for over 20 years. He and his wife, Debbie, met in elementary school and now have a growing family of wonderful daughters and sons-in-law.
