Kirtland D. Neal was born in Pensacola, Florida in 1996. He moved all around Florida with his family. Kirtland is the oldest of 4 boys and the son of two Navy Veterans. His family moved to the Tampa area when he was 10 years old. He would come to call Tampa home until graduating from East Bay High School. Mr.Neal set out on his own to explore both the world and himself. After years of struggling with his personal identity, Kirt came out as Bisexual on his 20th birthday. In 2018 he moved to Japan for 3 years. After 4 and a half years Kirt published his first novel, Apocalypse Virus: Initial Infection, in late July of 2020. Publishing a book had always been a dream of Kirtland's.
