Born in Calgary, Canada, Kujat started her career as an environmental scientist, worked as an actor in NYC, trained and worked as a trauma therapist, and later founded a retreat business called Veritas Vista in Northern California. Krista Kujat is known for her curricula including The Passion Guide, The Sacred Sexy Course, and Principles of Love. Kujat’s approach to education and empowerment is focused on liberating oneself from inherited patterns. Her work spans from mentoring others through healing and relational dynamics within family systems, as well as supporting women in cultivating their connection to their sensuality. She leverages inquiry work, intuitive practices, and body-oriented wisdom for lasting inner change. Kujat’s future books and curricula are focused on fostering harmonious relating, sovereign sensuality, and sacred intimacy at a global level.
