Kristy Crabtree is a licensed therapist and spiritual teacher who bridges the worlds of trauma healing, mysticism, and embodiment. With nearly two decades of experience guiding others through emotional and spiritual transformation, she weaves together the wisdom of Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, ancestral remembrance, and esoteric teachings rooted in the Magdalene-Christ lineage. Kristy is the founder of Innerlight Counseling, a pioneer in psychedelic-assisted healing, and the author of Sacred Revolution and Reclaiming Eden. Through her writing, retreats, and ceremonial work, Kristy serves those who are ready to reclaim their power, remember their divinity, and become vessels for the return of Heaven on Earth. She lives in Arizona with her husband and her two sons.
