Kunal Gupta is an entrepreneur, investor and lifelong experimenter in what it means to live a truly fulfilling life.
He started his first business at thirteen and, after university, founded and scaled a global digital advertising AI company as Chief Everything Officer for fifteen years with teams and clients across 30+ countries, earning recognition as EY Entrepreneur of the Year. Along the way, he studied AI at Oxford, began meditating in meeting rooms, and started questioning everything he had been taught to want.
From that restlessness, he created a body of work. Kunal has published four books in four genres, writes weekly essay series' called “Unlearning,” and "Unprompted" where he shares field notes on his life lessons and AI projects. Each project begins with a question that won’t leave him alone, from how work shapes identity to how technology transforms our humanity.
Born, raised, and educated in Canada, and now living in Lisbon with his wife, he spends his days writing, building software tools, and helping grow the AI community in Portugal. His experiments continue, and his books are an invitation to explore these questions with him.
