Kyla Foster is a meditation instructor and a child development expert. She has spent the last 20 years working with children who suffer from anxiety and hypersensitivity, both professionally and with her own children. When her mother died, she took care of her younger sister, which was her first experience with anxiety and hypersensitivity in children. She began using meditation to help her sister's tantrums and panic attacks and to assist her in her daily activities. Meditation and calming techniques had such a positive impact on her sister's life that she became fascinated with learning more about children's mental health and development. Parenting is a difficult task, and mothers can be overly critical of themselves, feeling inadequate, especially if their children have special needs. Kyla is inspired to keep writing books by sharing her experiences and providing insights so that mothers can feel more confident in their parenting style by implementing positive solutions. Her ambition is to continue inspiring mothers to seek out new tools that will enable them to be better, happier, more balanced, and confident parents. Her motto is "happy mothers today, happy kids tomorrow, and confident future adults!"
