Following a thirty-year career working for the US Federal Government, in the Department of the Navy and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), she accepted a diplomatic post in Den Haag (a.k.a. The Hague), Netherlands as an Executive Director for the NATO NCIA.
LJ earned numerous degrees and certifications from prestigious institutions, and she is a Professional Association of Diver Instructors (PADI) Open Water Scuba Instructor, former PADI 5 Star Scuba Shop owner, an avid scuba diver, and now a published author.
