Laquana Brumfield is a Mississippi-bred Army veteran and author who writes romance and women's fiction. She graduated from Jackson State University with a MA in English and commissioned as an Army officer in the same year. When she’s not wearing her uniform (and sometimes when she is) she’s creating military love stories and obsessing over the men in them. She currently lives in Ocean Springs with her son and can be found at a high school football game every Friday night during the season.
