A graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, Lea began her career as a medicinal chemist at big Pharmaceutical companies for 17 years where she holds patents on various drug discoveries.
Prior to moving to Florida with her husband, she owned and operated a successful high-end window drapery business for ten years.
