I started my journey in digital marketing back in 2010 when I was selling investment property leads online. I had a scrappy website-funnel page that ended up #1 on Google and Yahoo under big popular real estate related keywords.
This led to me acquiring a huge email list of cash buyers very quickly and for free. I used this list to sell properties to where I was making anywhere from $10,000 to $25,000 profit per property quick flip.
Then, in 2012-13, Google changed their algorithm and I lost the whole funnel. It ended up on page 12 of search results, along with all the other funnels I had.
I had to figure out how to get back fast, so I decided to become an expert at SEO and paid ads. I jumped into Google PPC and Display ads, strong SEO tactics and FaceBook ads studies for over 6-9 months..hours a day, everyday.
I worked my butt off but achieved significant success, as ads had a much more scale-able process. I developed numerous new website funnels for affiliate marketing and other real estate products. I achieved 20 times what I had before this.
It was very hard work but I am very thankful for the Google changes back then otherwise I would not be where I am today.
I am now a consultant for many large companies in online media buying, ad copywriting and PPC strategies. I make huge passive commissions from affiliate marketing funnels that I run non-stop like a money-printing machine and write books.
If you are new to online marketing or business, I recommend you start with affiliate marketing, and start super small, slow and be a data analyzer, because that's all online business is...data analytics, testing and audience targeting / re-adjustments.
Set up a WordPress website, make a blog, target a niche that is proven to make money, and keep moving forward everyday.
