Before turning to writing, Liddie took a detour into working as a nurse in the healthcare field but this was not what she was meant to do. Writing kept creeping back into her life. She emailed herself story ideas and character background notes at work. After taking some time to stay home after her middle daughter was born, she made the decision to not return to the healthcare field and to pursue writing instead.
Some of her other favorite hobbies are swimming, hiking and her flower gardening. She enjoys spending time with her small polycule and spends an astounding amount of time texting every day.
