Lisa is a best-selling author of the "Charlie the Cavalier” book series, the creator of the “Greater Than a Tourist” book series and over one-hundred other non-fiction books. She loves bringing her love of technology and creativity together. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Lisa is an alumna of the Lock Haven University and earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from The University of Phoenix.
In 2011 she founded CZYK Publishing, a publishing company whose books encourage travel and creativity in children and adults.
Lisa lives in central Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters, and cavalier king charles spaniel named Charlie. She loves spending time at her local coffee shop, playing board games, and reading to children. She has promoted her books on HLN, PA Live, radio, and her blog Charlie the Cavalier. She reads her books to local children and video chats with classrooms around the world.
