Dr Louise Delaney is an Irish author and lives in Dublin with her husband, Ed. She graduated with a PhD in Leadership from Monarch Business School, Switzerland in October 2025. She holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation & Technology Management from the DIT, Ireland. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from DIT, Ireland, where she also earned a Post-graduate Diploma in Management & Technology via Heilbronn University, Germany.
Professionally, Louise has held various leadership positions in the Technology Sector in Ireland, spanning a career of over 20 years and is an Executive member of the Women in Management Institute, at Monarch, Switzerland. Dr Delaney is particularly interested in the emerging field of spiritual intelligence and its potential role in leadership development. She has authored several books via a process of automatic writing. She has also published academic papers on leadership and innovation.
