She was born in a Cornish cottage once home to the poet Dylan Thomas and grew up in the tiny hamlet of Zennor and the small mining town of St.Just.
After training as an Architectural Technician, she lived and worked in London before returning to the South West of Cornwall with her two sons.
Louise is the author of three novels, a children's book, and a biography of the artist Gillian Watkiss.
Her most recent publication is a series of contemporary short stories.
