Marcy Gaston is a writer living in upstate New York where there seem to be more cows than people. While her background is in food and nutrition, she entered the fiction world with her first novel, Shining Star. Diving into fiction offered a chance to explore a new way of storytelling. She grew up in rural Ohio before embarking on a life journey that took her around the United States from Chicago to Montana to Seattle and now New York.
