The beach is my favorite place to be, and after my long nursing career I've become a Florida snowbird. My first season on the Gulf Coast inspired my latest work-in-progress and I'm happily writing "Sugar Beach." (Yes, the beach is like powdered sugar down there.)
In 2015, I helped found AlzAuthors, the global community of authors writing about Alzheimer's and dementia, inspired by my first novel, "Blue Hydrangeas, an Alzheimer's love story."
