Mark Braun has been an aspiring author since the second grade, but only recently managed to accomplish the task of writing a book. Fascinated by the idea of time travel, and the possibility of visiting former times, he often muses on the lives of people long past. Now retired, the idea of time travel has taken centerstage. This notion of visiting the past, coupled with his interest in Native American history and legends has led to his first book, and hopefully more to come.
Mark is a retired college professor, having taught for many years at the undergraduate and graduate level. He is an amateur mask carver and loves the challenge of design and expression represented in this type of art. A former resident of the Northwest, he now lives with his wife in rural southern Indiana.
