Mark L'estrange was born in Balham (England) in 1964, and now resides in Kent with his adorable fur-babies, who run him ragged on a daily basis. He earned his Batchelor of Laws degree from the University of Westminster in 2000, and now works full-time for the Ministry of Justice in their legal department. Mark has been jotting down ideas for horror stories for as long as he can remember, but it took until 2017 before he finally sat down and formatted his first novel: Night of the Kraken. To date, Mark has written eight novels and one collection of short stories. Most of his novels have been translated into several different languages, inc: French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Mark writes when time (and his fur-babies) allows, and admits that he never sets out his ideas in full before embarking on the task, prefering to 'Take off' without knowing where he is going to land.
