Michael Hallsworth, PhD, is a leading figure in applying behavioral science to real-world challenges. For the last 20 years he has been an official and an advisor for governments around the world. He was a founder of a 250-person consultancy business and co-authored the book Behavioral Insights (MIT Press). Michael has a PhD in behavioral economics from Imperial College London and has held positions at Princeton University, Columbia University, and the University of Pennsylvania. His work has been published in, among others, The Lancet, the Journal of Public Economics, and Nature Human Behaviour.
