Michelle Manzo has a bachelor's degree in psychology and worked in the medical field for 28 years. It was there she learned the importance of keeping active for physical well being and emotional well being. She has exercised her entire life and has taken many different exercise classes, her favorite being tap, jazz, rumba, and jazzercise. She played sports in high school and grew up tap dancing, with some ballet and lots of jazz dancing. She loves to do water aerobics also, especially in the hot climate of Florida where she resides. She has also been involved in physical therapy for disc herniation surgery and a prior car accident. She is a senior citizen herself now and want to share her knowledge with other seniors.
