Michelle Markey Butler retired after more than twenty-five years of teaching medieval literature and modern fantasy at the university level. Now she co-hosts the only true crime podcast focused on the Middle Ages, True Crime Medieval and writes.
She is the author of a medieval-inspired historical fantasy, HOMEGOING (Pink Narcissus Press, 2014), and a historical novel about Vikings in 9th century Ireland (with Jess Barry), THE LAST ABBOT OF LINN DUACHAILL (S&H Publishing, 2015).
